a word on snug-fit sleepwear.
Our zippered footies are designed as snug-fit sleepwear — they hug close to the body, which is what U.S. flammability law requires for non-flame-resistant kids' pajamas (16 CFR Part 1615/1616). Loose-fit pajamas must be flame-resistant by federal regulation.
Translation: a snug fit isn't a styling preference. It's how baby sleepwear stays safe without chemical flame retardants. Always check the size chart and expect a close fit.
